Product Description

PPR pipe extrusion line is mainly used to produce the single PPR pipe, multi-layers co-extrusion pipe, fiber glass reinforced PPR pipe, which
used for indoor floor heating system, and it can achieve full automatic control from material feeding to products collection, Moreover, the line 
can be also used for production of PE-RT, PB pipe, PP-B, PP-H pipe.

Starch Glue For Paper Core

The special starch glue for paper core is a starch adhesive made by oxidation of corn starch. It is nontoxic, tasteless, formaldehyde free, easy to operate and convenient to transport.

Product features:

1. High adhesive strength, low adhesive consumption, fast drying, no delamination.

2. Use our glue to make paper tube with good hardness, no brittleness, no bubble, no

crack.

3. The viscosity is stable and has good flexibility, water and moisture resist ance.

4. The ratio of powder and water is 1:2-1:3, and the cost is only 50% of the white emulsion.

Scope of application:


1. Suitable for spiral paper tube mechanical equipment.

2. It can be used for adhesive production of paper barrel, paper corner protector and

paper core.


Materials :glue powder,caustic soda,Borax

1.add 25kg water(normal tempreture) into the blender,

2.Then add the glue powder(25kg),and stirring it for 5 minutes to dissolve fully.

3.Take another container,add 10kg of water,will be caustic soda, borax pour into the water,stir well,dissolve fully.

4.The caustic soda and borax solution put into the glue powder solution slowly,stirring evenly,dissolve fully,the can be used after wait 15 minutes.


Storage considerations:

1.Storage a few days later will be a normal phenomenon of precipitation,you just need stir it again.

2.In the process of storage need to cover seal,because the colloid moisture will volatilize,sometimes the glue powder solution will become solid or Like jelly,at this time ,you can ease with a small amount of water of 0.5-1 kg of caustic soda.
