The streak camera is the only high-end scientific measurement and diagnostic instrument with both high time resolution (fs–ps level) and high spatial resolution (μm level), which plays an indispensable role in the research of time-resolved ultrafast phenomena. The development of the streak camera involves many disciplines such as optics, optoelectronics, ultra-fast electronics, microelectronics, precision machinery, and computers. The development has a high starting point and is difficult. At present, only a few units in China have preliminary research and development capabilities. In January 2012, under the planning and support of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Ministry of Finance, the Chinese Academy of Sciences Xi'an Opto-Electronics Co., Ltd. launched the “Development of High-performance Stripe Cameras†project, aiming at the time resolution, dynamic range, and synchronization frequency of high-performance striped cameras. The improvement of major technical indicators has solved various process problems and engineering implementation problems in the preparation process of stripe cameras, and the design of short-time magnetic focusing electron optical system in front of the traveling wave deflection plate, design of anisotropic focusing electron optical system, and high performance Photovoltaic cathode production process, vacuum transfer sealing process, ultra-fast ramp pulse generation circuit, electronic pulse air conditioning system technology and other key technical fields have made a series of breakthroughs and achieved a number of innovative results.
