The Anhui Hehe-芜-屯 microwave circuit was built in 1989. It has four unmanned relay stations such as Maanshan. The AC power supply scheme is a power generation backup unit. Due to the long service life of the power supply equipment, equipment failures occur frequently, which affects communication security. Recently, due to the 214 microwave circuit power supply equipment update, the performance of the old reversing screen, oil machine controller and Fenglian oil machine is still normal. We consider using the old equipment that has been removed to transform the power supply system of the He-芜-屯 circuit. Back up two sets of generators for the mains power supply to realize double backup of diesel generators.

2 Technical analysis The oil-machine switching system used in the combined-芜-屯 microwave circuit and the oil-machine switching system of the 214 microwave trunk line are all switching between the oil machine and the mains. If the two oil machines are changed to double backup, and either of the two oil machines can be set as the main oil machine or the standby oil machine, when the mains power is interrupted, the main oil machine starts, when the main oil machine fails, Start the reserve oil machine. In order to realize automatic switching of AC power supply, it is necessary to modify the switching part and the automatic starting circuit of the oil machine. Figure I shows the block diagram of the switching between the oil machine and the mains. When the mains is normal, the mains control circuit sends a control signal to reverse the switch to the mains side and supply power to the load without issuing an oil start signal. When the mains power is interrupted or the abnormality is not normal, the mains control circuit sends out the oil start signal, and the start contact is closed. After the delay, the oil machine starts. If the oil electromechanical is normal, the oil electromechanical control circuit sends a control signal to cause the switching switch to be turned to the oil machine side, and the oil and electricity supply power to the load. If the oil and electricity are not normal, no switching will be performed.

Oil machine controller MEC10 working process analysis. When the mains supply is interrupted, the start signal is sent by the oil machine switching screen, the start signal contact is closed, and the oil machine control MEC10.MEC10 determines whether the oil machine has an alarm, such as whether the oil pressure is normal, whether the machine temperature is positive or not. Whether the coolant is too low, etc. If it is normal, it will delay for 3 minutes, first turn on the electronic throttle switch, then turn on the starter motor to make the diesel engine run. If it is not normal, the alarm output contact is closed, an alarm signal is issued, and the starter motor is no longer activated.

From the above analysis, it can be known that when the mains is interrupted and the oil machine is faulty, the oil machine cannot be started, the automatic switching cannot be realized, and the AC power supply will be interrupted, thereby affecting the communication safety.

3 Solution According to the previous technical analysis, we believe that it is achievable to transform two oil machines into dual backup. Just add a control circuit between the two oil machines to ensure that when one oil machine fails and cannot start, the start signal is automatically switched to another oil machine to make another oil. The oil machine is transformed into a double backup picture. The original switch is used as the main switch, and the switch between the mains and the oil and gas is completed. When the mains is not normal, the start signal of the oil machine is issued. The 214 microwave trunk line is used as the auxiliary switching switch to complete the switching between the two oil and gas machines. Here, the main oil and gas is regarded as the hypothetical mains. Through experiments, it is proved that the switching switch can complete the two-way oil electromechanical Automatic switching.

The key issue now is how to set up the main and standby oil machine. When the mains is interrupted, the main oil machine will start automatically, the main and auxiliary switching switches will automatically switch and supply power to the load; if the main oil machine is faulty, the standby oil machine will automatically Start, the auxiliary switch is automatically switched, and the backup oil machine supplies power to the load. The main standby oil machine is set by the switch K, and the K is set to a point, then the I oil machine is the main oil machine, and the 2nd oil machine is the reserve oil machine; otherwise, the K set b, the 2nd oil machine is the main oil machine. .
