3. Service efficiency: in case of failure during or outside the warranty period, the supplier can reach the site and start maintenance within 12 hours after receiving the notice.
3. Service principle: the product warranty period is 12 months (calculated according to the date when the customer receives the equipment). During the warranty period, the supplier will repair and replace the parts damaged due to quality for free. For the parts damaged outside the warranty period, only the cost will be charged for the parts provided. For the equipment damage caused by human factors of the demander, The accessories repaired or provided by the supplier shall be calculated at the cost price.
