The production of the two Type 15 flash dryers purchased by the company is 20,000 tons per year, which can dry the moisture from 25% to 1%. Due to the large proportion of barium sulphate in the material, we carried out thickening treatment on the inner wall of the equipment. The flashing stirrer and disperser also made a non-standard design for barium sulfate material characteristics, making the equipment more targeted.

The output of another disc dryer is 10,000 tons per year, and the moisture can be dried from 5% to 0.3%. Due to the special nature of the material, the cesium chloride is highly corrosive. Therefore, we use the 316L stainless steel in the material contact part. At the same time, there will be crystal water precipitation at the beginning of the cesium chloride drying process. To solve the problem of material sticking, Our company specializes in the first several layers of disc dryers, and the non-standard design is also adopted for the angles of heavy-duty picks.
