The copper concentrate is dewatered in three stages, and the final moisture is 5~7% . The product is directly sent to the concentrate tank of the smelter by belt conveyor.

There are three ways to dehydrate the sulfur concentrate: 1 ) The three-stage dewatering, the dried product is sent directly to the smelting plant acid system. 2 ) Dehydration in two stages, product storage and export. 3 ) The sedimentation tank is naturally dehydrated and stored for export. The three methods are mainly two-stage dehydration, and the other two can be used flexibly.

1)    Dip-dyed ore low-calcium low-yield copper, tailings and acid-selected sulfur. After using this method, the sulfur recovery rate is over 73% , and the copper concentrate grade and recovery rate are improved, the chemical consumption is reduced, and good economic benefits are obtained.
