First, the location selection of the ground filling preparation station should meet the following requirements:
1 should be close to the filling load center;
2 should be concentrated on the ground;
3 should meet the requirements of self-flow and full pipe transportation.
Second, the cement filling station should adopt the combination of sand bin, cement silo and agitation conveyor system; ventilation and dust removal facilities should be provided in the preparation station.
Third, the design of vertical sand silo and horizontal sand silo should meet the following requirements:
1 The vertical sand bin or horizontal sand bin should not be less than 2 , and the total effective sand discharge volume of the sand bin should not be less than 2 times of the daily average filling volume or the maximum filling amount of the layered filling;
2 The height of the cylinder of the vertical silo should be greater than 2 times of the diameter . The inlet pipe should be fed at the center of the silo, and the slope of the sand pipe at the bottom of the silo should be determined by calculation;
3 Wet horizontal sand silos should have overflow water and water filtering facilities, and the bottom of the silo should have a gravity gradient of 6% to 7% . The top of the dry horizontal sand bunker shall be covered with rain cover;
4 Hydraulic tailings filling is used to fill the goaf after the shovel, and when there is a surplus of tailings, the mining site may not have a silo.
Fourth, the design of the cement silo should meet the following requirements:
1 When calculating the capacity of the feeder, the loose density of cement should be 1t/m 3 . When calculating the capacity of cement silo, it should be 1.3t/m 3 . When calculating the load on the bottom of warehouse, it should be 1.6t/m 3 ;
2 The volume of the cement silo should be able to store 3 times to 7 times the daily average filling amount of cement;
3 The ratio of the storage height to the diameter or width of the cement silo should be 1.5 to 2.5 , and a large value should be taken when the storage capacity is large;
4 The diameter of the steel pipe conveying cement with compressed air should not be less than 75mm . When centralized compressed air is used for transportation, a gas storage tank and a water-oil separation device shall be provided in front of the cement conveying pipeline;
5 All the openings of the cement silo should be sealed, and there should be dust collection facilities at the top of the silo.
5. For the mixing drum used to prepare the cement mortar, the effective volume should meet the conveying flow rate of 2min to 3min .
6. The design of the filling preparation station pool should meet the following requirements:
1 When there is a dedicated pool for the independent supply of filling water, the pool capacity should not be less than 2 times the daily average filling water demand or the maximum filling water requirement;
2 When filling the preparation station, only the pipeline flushing special pool is needed, the pool capacity should not be less than the water consumption of the flushing pipeline for 0.5h ;
3 The water pressure of the flushing pipeline should not be less than 0.15MPa .
7. The metering and testing equipment of the ground preparation station shall meet the following requirements:
1 Vertical silo, cement silo and mixing tank, should set the level gauge or level gauge, and should set the alarm signal;
2 The ratio of materials, mortar flow rate, mortar concentration, display, metering and control devices should be used;
3 The underground station blocking alarm signal and the communication and sound and light signal system of the filling point should be set in the preparation station.
