Recently, Guangxi Yinhe Group Co., Ltd., a major shareholder of Changzheng Electric, and its subsidiaries have entered into a strategic cooperative relationship with Taiwan Hongye Wind Power Holdings Co., Ltd. to jointly build the first high-power fan blade production base in Zunyi, Guizhou Province, which is planned to be completed in 2011.
It is understood that the two parties will work together to establish a large-scale wind turbine blade production base in Zunyi, Guizhou Province, which will mainly produce high-altitude, low-speed large-scale blades for wind power equipment, promote the localization of blades above megawatts, and improve the professional matching capacity of wind turbine blades. The base is planned to be completed in 2011, and will reach a production scale of more than 200 sets of blades per year after it reaches production capacity. It can meet the demand for wind power generation of 2 million to 3 million kilowatts in Guizhou, and will drive the development of the wind power industry in the southwestern region and the vast majority of the country.
