Indian Customs decided on March 4th to impose anti-dumping duties on glass fibre and articles originating in China. The tax period is 5 years until July 13, 2015.
The tax rates of China's exporting companies are as follows: Shandong Taishan Bidiosat Glass Fiber Products Co., Ltd., Taishan Glass Fiber Co., Ltd. and Taishan Glass Fiber Zoucheng Co., Ltd. The tax rate is 20.89%; Jushi Group Chengdu Co., Ltd., Jushi Group Jiujiang Co., Ltd., and Jushi Group The company has 18.67%; Chongqing International Composites Company has 7.46%; other Chinese companies have a tax rate of 40.91%.
It is reported that in January 2010, India conducted anti-dumping investigations on glass fiber and its products originating in China; in June 2010, India made an affirmative preliminary decision on the case. On January 6, 2011, India made an anti-dumping final ruling.
