After receiving the centralized control stop signal, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment. Confirm that there is no incoming material on the equipment and the equipment is stopped to confirm the parking.

2. Parking on site:

â‘  After receiving the stop signal, the media compartment dilute material to be processed, not selected from the separator magnet slag, feeding stop, and then stop.

2 Check the inlet pipe after stopping, and the tank and the bottom pipe are blocked.

3. Emergency parking:

In the event of an accident, the magnetic separator should be stopped immediately to detect an abnormality and handle the fault.

Third, operation and maintenance

1. Check the input bin, the drum and the tank for any impurities during operation.

2. Check the liquid level in the magnetic separator. It should be stable and have a small amount of overflow.

3, often check the recovery effect of magnetite, and add appropriate amount of flushing.

4. According to the quality and discharge of concentrates and tailings, properly adjust the magnetic declination and working clearance to ensure the recovery rate of magnetite.

5. Regularly check the magnetic separation effect by sampling, and the normal magnetic separation efficiency should be 99.5%, and the magnetic material loss should be less than 0.5%.

6. Always check the wear and lubrication of the chain and sprocket.

7. Always check the wear of the magnetic cylinder and wear layer. Once damaged, replace it immediately to prevent water from entering the cylinder.

Magnetic separator safety regulations

1. It is strictly forbidden to start and stop equipment with load.

2. It is strictly forbidden to overhaul and clean the equipment during the operation of the equipment.

3. Regularly clean up the accumulation in the input bin, concentrate bin, and tailings bin. Do not use heavy hammer to strike the parts of the equipment to prevent the magnetic group from rupturing and the lining from falling off.

4. Always check the roller parts to prevent other irons or tools from being attached to the drum and causing equipment damage.

5. Prevent sharp objects from scratching the surface of the drum.

6. It is forbidden for anyone to stand (sit) on the drum or place heavy objects on the drum.

7. When the operation is overhauled, the drum shall not be subjected to force alone or damage to the drum.
