2. Bearing temperature is too high
Under normal working conditions, the temperature rise of the PEV jaw crusher bearing should not exceed 35 °C, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 70 °C. If the temperature is too high, you should add a proper amount of grease, adjust the bearing tightness with a gasket to trim the bearing seat or replace the bearing, because this situation may be caused by unsuitable bearing clearance, poor bearing contact or bearing damage.
3. The host suddenly stops
This phenomenon is commonly known as "sufficient car." If this happens, you should first check whether the discharge port is blocked, and make sure that the discharge is unblocked. Secondly, check if the V-belt that drives the groove rotates too loosely. Adjust or replace the V-belt. Finally, check if the eccentric shaft is tight. If the loose shaft causes the eccentric shaft to become stuck, the tightening bushing should be reinstalled or replaced.
4. Adjust the seat
If the adjusting seat fixing bolt is loose, the adjusting seat bolt should be tightened; the adjusting seat has serious casting defects or welding defects, and the adjusting seat and the bracket and the bracket plate need to be replaced (Henderson Heavy Industry Reminder: It is best to replace the original lining of the assembly main engine factory, Liner pad, do not purchase or modify it by yourself).
5. Product size becomes thicker
When the lower part of the tooth plate of the PEV jaw crusher is severely worn, the product size will become coarse. In this case, turning the toothed plate or adjusting the discharge opening will significantly improve this situation.
6. The output does not meet the production standard
Under the premise of ensuring that the work site voltage meets the heavy load requirements of the main engine, adjust the discharge port of the PEV jaw crusher to conform to the specifications. Check the tooth gap size of the tooth plate. If the plate does not meet the standard, replace the jaw plate, adjust the relative position of the fixed jaw and the moving jaw, and ensure that the tooth top is fixedly pressed against the root of the tooth to prevent displacement.
