The towed pump tanker produced by Nanyang Erji Group was specially developed for a Canadian company. The equipment consists of four parts: tractor, semi-trailer, mud tank and circulating pipe. The whole machine has a mass of 15 tons and the mud tank has an effective volume of 35 cubic meters. When working, the tractor pump is used to drive the mud pump, and the mud is added into the tank, and the sand and waste discharged from the oil well are removed through the mud tank in the tank; and the toxic and harmful gas in the mud is purified by the deaerator. In winter work, the mud can be heated by steam manifolds to prevent mud from freezing. After the construction is completed, the mud in the pump tank can be discharged from the front and rear emptying pipes, and the tractor will pull it to other well sites for construction work.
The vehicle can meet the needs of the mud circulation of the well site, and can adapt to the harsh road conditions of the well site. It is maneuverable, flexible and safe. At the same time, the equipment reduces the labor intensity of the construction workers.
