Recently, Pulin Chengshan (Shandong) Tire Co., Ltd. announced that the X-ray digital imaging tire inspection system (6#) radiation project completed the completion of environmental protection acceptance.

The project belongs to a new project with an actual total investment of 2.25 million yuan, including 60,000 yuan of environmental protection investment.

According to the plan, Pulin Chengshan is preparing to introduce four sets of X-ray digital imaging tire inspection systems.

The second set of completed environmental protection acceptance is located in the tire testing area of ​​the Chengshan All Steel Vulcanization Workshop in Pulin. It has been installed since May 2017 and was completed in August 2017 and started commissioning.

It is reported that the remaining two sets of X-ray digital imaging tire inspection systems have not yet been built.

In April 2018, Pulin Chengshan organized the establishment of an acceptance work group.

The working group consists of Pulin Chengshan (construction unit), Jinan Geerui Environmental Testing Co., Ltd. (acceptance monitoring table preparation organization), and professional technical experts.

After monitoring, the system's X-γ radiation dose rate is in the normal range under working condition and non-working state.

At the same time, the operator's annual effective dose of radiation is also lower than the relevant regulations.

Finally, the Acceptance Working Group believes that the Pulin Chengshan X-ray digital imaging tire inspection system has implemented the requirements specified in the EIA approval. The radiation safety facilities and measures are safe and effective, and meet the conditions for the completion of environmental protection acceptance of construction projects.
