The DC air supply system is adopted, and the outdoor fresh air is sent to various parts after being processed by the fresh air conditioner. The temperature of the chilled water supply is 7/12C (2). The hot water unit of the building is located in the 17-story boiler room. The designated 1# unit supplies domestic hot water, and the 2# and 3# units supply air conditioning, but the unit is overhauled. For non-heating seasons, 2# and 3# units can be used for 1# units. The hot water unit and the chiller are manually switched between in winter and summer. (3) According to the function and time of use, the water system is divided into four loops: the 1-3 storey lobby and the dining section are all set, the 4-6 storey sauna is all the way, the 7-12 storey rooms and the office are all the way. 13-15 floors KTV, dance hall is all the way. Air-conditioning system control: At present, building air-conditioning systems must be equipped with automatic control, but in the specific design, we must consider many factors. (3) The fan coil is equipped with an indoor thermostat and a water-side electric two-way valve, and the temperature of the room is automatically adjusted through the two-way valve switch. (4) Because the end user water system is running at variable water volume, a pressure difference controller between the inner and the water collectors of the freezer room automatically controls the electric butterfly valve on the bypass pipe to adjust the water volume and observe the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the chiller. Manually control the start and stop of the chiller and its corresponding chilled water pump, cooling water pump and cooling tower to meet the energy saving requirements under partial load. (5) The hot water unit is equipped with a temperature controller to ensure that the water temperature is stable at around the set value to prevent waste.
