Entrusted by Xinjiang XXX Company, Xi'an Tianzhou Mining Technology Development Co., Ltd. conducted a mineral processing test on Kazakhstan XXX copper-gold ore from August 4, 2007 to September 13, 2007. The purpose is to provide a scientific basis for the design of the copper and gold mine construction plant.
XXX copper metal skarn gold ore deposits, ore-bearing rocks into press: copper carbonate gold ore, gangue minerals garnet - epidote plagioclase England leptite. The main minerals of gold exist in the form of bare and semi-naked gold, fine-grained monomer gold and a small amount of silver- gold ore. Most of the copper-bearing minerals are malachite CuCO 3 ·Ca(OH) 2 , and a very small amount of porphyrite and copper orchid. Its oxidation rate is above 98%, which is highly oxidized ore.
According to the nature of the copper ore ore, after multiple program process tests, the copper and gold mixed flotation was finally determined, and the flotation copper and gold mixed concentrate was obtained. The obtained index was: 16.16% of copper grade, and the grade of gold was 48.15 g/ton. The silver content is 114 g/ton; the recovery rate of copper is 74.23% (excluding the recovery of copper from tailings acid leaching), the recovery rate of gold is 92.51%, and the recovery rate of silver is 75.61%.
Due to the high oxidation of the copper-gold ore, some of the silicon malachite and the combined copper oxide are not easy to float, and about 25% of the copper in the ore is lost in the flotation tailings. The tailings acid leaching is used to recover the copper lost in the tailings by acid leaching. In the case of 0.72% copper in tailings, dilute acid leaching for 2 hours, the leaching residue contains 0.071% of copper, and the leaching rate is 90.14%. The total copper recovery is over 90%.
Conclusion:
Through the above experimental research, the final test results are:
Flotation part: in the original ore containing 2.56% copper, containing 4-6 g / ton of gold, containing 17-20 g / ton of silver, 16.16% of copper, 48.15 g / ton of gold; 114 g / ton of silver Copper gold concentrate. The recovery rate of copper is 74.23%; the recovery rate of gold is 90.81%; the recovery rate of silver is 75.61%.
Leaching part: In the case of 0.72% copper in tailings, after 2 hours of acid leaching, the leaching residue contains 0.071% of copper and the leaching rate is 90.14%. The replacement rate of the leachate was 99.88%, and the total recovery of copper was 90% or more.
Therefore, the reasonable process plan for determining the Kazakhstan XXX copper-gold mine is: the process flow of copper-gold mixed flotation and tailings acid leaching to replace precipitated copper.
Since the ore is a highly oxidized copper ore (oxidation rate of 98% or more), the copper recovery rate of the flotation part is hard to be improved (the cyanite and the combined copper oxide are not substantially floating, which is the case, this indicator) In the domestic ore dressing plant of the same ore, it is also relatively advanced). Therefore, a combined process of flotation + tailings leaching must be adopted to ensure that the total copper recovery rate is at a higher level.
The addition of dispersants and vulcanizing agents to the test, which causes the flotation of concentrates and tailings to be difficult to settle, can be solved by adding an appropriate amount of lime.
The combination of the process used in this test and the selected agent is very reasonable. In addition to the gold minerals contained in the silicate, several other gold minerals (naked and semi-naked gold, sulphide wrapped gold, carbonated in gold) The iron oxide in the packaged gold) has been well collected, so the recovery rate of gold is high.
There is some monomeric gold in the ore. It is recommended to pre-recover large-particle monomer gold by re-election before flotation.
