Operating Principle:The valve opens when the pressure of the fluid in the exceeds the pressure exerted by the pump spring. When the two pressures are equalised, the valve closes.A stronger counter-pressure allows the valve to close.
Applications: A check valve is a valve that prevents the fluid from flowing back and ensures that it flows in only one direction. It can be used to prevent the loss of prime of the pump and to avoid pipe-hammering. It is used in the food-processing, beverages, wine-making, oil-making, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

3.  How can you ensure the quality?
     We always take the Quality as the most important point during our business. So we have a formal regulation to control the quality, the procedure will be: A. The raw materials will be 100% inspected. we will ruturn to the supplier for any of poor raw materials. B. during production, different materials will be charged by different person to avoid any mixing. C. After production, we always inspect 50% for each lot. If there is any problem in the 50%, then we will go back to inspect 100%. of course, if our customer have the special requirement to inspect 100%. We can do that as well.
4.   Can you supply the 3.1 Quality Certificate (including the chemical composition analysis resuls)?
      Yes, we inspect chemical composition for every lot of our material ,  and supply the record to issue the 3.1 Quality Certificate. If necessary, we can send the 3.1 Quality Certificate together with the shipping documents.
5. How do you solve the quality Complaint, if any?
We are prety proud that we never let any customer leave us bcz the quality.  We'll do our best to supply the correct products, so we receive little quality complaint during our 15 years business.  If it is happend, we'll be responsible for it from the begining to the end.
6.  How long would be the delivery time?Â
Regarding the common products, 8-10 days will be enough; for bulk order, 15-25days is required.  It depends the order quantity

The brake disc is composed of steel plate, adhesive heat insulation layer and friction block. The steel plate is applied to resist rust. In the painting process, smt-4 furnace temperature tracker is used to detect the temperature distribution in the coating process to guarantee the quality. The heat insulation layer is composed of non-heat transfer materials for the purpose of heat insulation. The friction block is composed of friction materials and adhesives. When braking, it is squeezed on the brake disc or brake drum to generate friction, so as to achieve the purpose of decelerating the brake. As a result of friction, the friction block will be worn gradually, generally speaking, the lower the cost of brake block wear faster.
