Recently, U.S. crude oil inventories have continued to decline. At the same time, the weakening of the U.S. dollar pressure has also increased the upward action of oil prices. Even if the number of U.S. oil active wells rises significantly, it has not prevented U.S. WTI crude oil from returning above 58 U.S. dollars per barrel. In the current pricing cycle, due to the combined effects of the increase in U.S. crude oil inventories and production, the OPEC extension of production cuts, and the strengthening of the U.S. dollar exchange rate, international oil prices oscillated upward and boosted the negative rate of change in crude oil prices. According to calculations, the crude oil change rate at the close of the 5th working day in China on November 22 was -0.44%, corresponding to a decrease of 15 yuan/ton for gasoline and diesel, and the price adjustment window was 24 hours on November 30th.

At present, international crude oil has benefited from a significant decline in API inventories and good support from EIA. The increase in oil prices has been significant. However, considering that there is still a week before the OPEC meeting from the end of the month, any remarks made by production-reducing countries will bring severe shocks to the international crude oil market. However, the international oil price or stabilize the price consolidation, the market wait-and-see mood is strong, the probability of the oil price stranded in the current round will be greater.
