1 New situation in the seed market
1.1 Seed Shops Are Widely Covered, Difficult to Regulate
The individual seeds of the “seeds for selling packaging†and “consignment packaging seeds†are distributed among townships and villages, and some seed dealers also walk around the streets to set up stalls and set points on the ground, failing to form a good order for seed operations, resulting in seeds. There is a dead corner in the regulation and propaganda, and there is a blind spot in supervision and management.
1.2 The quality of operators is low, and after-sales service is not perfect
Most of the individual seed businesses in various villages do not have good seed management facilities, and they have low cultural quality. They lack basic knowledge about common varieties and seed specialties. They rarely set up seed management records, and they leave the store after the seed sales season. In the absence of any information, there is no way to provide technical services and after-sales services. Once there are quality problems, farmers and seed managers are unable to find operators. This has brought great difficulties to seed management and is not conducive to safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of farmers.
1.3 Lack of main push varieties is not conducive to seed industry development
Due to a number of factors that have been approved and passed, several factors such as fierce market competition, and blindly seeking for new peasants, a seed individual industrial and commercial household sells more than a dozen varieties of seeds at the same time and a village promotes the cultivation of more than a dozen varieties of the same crop. It is not conducive to the popularization of dominant varieties, which is not conducive to the development of advantageous agricultural product cultivation areas and is not conducive to the healthy development of the seed industry.
