1 motor with load start

That is the operation of the disk "host Kai" switch, the main motor can not start or barely started, it will automatically pump action.

First check whether the AC contactor is "burnt to death", if yes, replace the contact of the AC contactor; if not, open the wires of the solenoid valves A and B that control the pumping action and re-operate the "main switch" If the fault persists, check whether the solenoid valve core is "stuck"; if so, replace the solenoid valves A, B; if not, it is the main safety valve leak or spool Stuck, need to be replaced.

2 Operate the pump switch without pumping

Check the main gauge pressure, if the pressure is zero, the solenoid valve A does not work, usually switch, line or solenoid valve coil damage; if the pressure is too large (27.4MPa), the solenoid valve B is not working or The control circuit shut-off valve is not open.

3 for the anti-pump switch, not anti-pump

Check the main gauge pressure, if the pressure shows normal (reversing hydraulic pressure 10.5MPa), the solenoid valve C, D are not working; usually switch, the line is damaged; if the pressure is too large (27.4MPa), C, D two solenoid valve only one work. Solenoid valve maintenance and the same as the previous example.

4 delivery piston stroke automatically shortened

First check the stroke control valve is tightened closed, if not, to be tightened; If yes, open the valve spool, check the seal is damaged, if so, replace the spool seal; if not, replace the spool, check the closed loop If the unloading pressure of the safety valve is lower than 12MPa, if yes, adjust it to be accurate. If not, it is the leakage of the main hydraulic cylinder seal. If the main hydraulic cylinder can not be repaired immediately, loosen the piston discharge valve to Ensure that each trip does not shorten and change the pressure when the pressure does not exceed 11MPa prevail, so leakage compensation, short-term emergency use.

5 spool valve malfunction

Check if the slider lubrication is good, if not, clean the spool assembly and service the lubrication line and its distribution valve; if yes, check if the sequence valve adjustment pressure is 10.5 MPa, if not, adjust to accurate; if yes, If the pressure of the transducer is lower than 5.5MPa, if it is, it must be inflated; if not, it is the serious leakage of the spool valve cylinder or the wrong connection of the tubing.

6 washing pump heat and high pressure leakage

Check whether the alignment of the washing operation, if not, adjust the length of the fork to a suitable position; if it is, the direction of the unloading tank on the gear pump cover installed reverse direction, need to change direction.

7 Operate the wash rod, the pump is not draining or low pressure

Check if the suction filter is clogged. If yes, clean the filter. If not, check if the cylinder piston seal is damaged. If so, replace it. If not, check if the suction valve of the pump leaks. If yes, tighten the spring Or replace; if not, check whether the unloading pressure of the washing safety valve is lower than 16MPa, if yes, adjust to accurate; if not, check whether the washing rod can be pulled to the working position; if not, adjust the length of the forking to the suitable position; If so, it is the pump cylinder leakage or wrong pipe.
8 The temperature of the oil is too high

Pump normal use, the oil temperature exceeds 75 ℃ is too high.

First check the cooler cooling network is clogged, if it is to be cleaned; if not, check the control circuit shut-off valve is fully open, if not, to be fully loosening; if so, check the throttle valve in the throttle screw whether Off, if so, reassemble tighten; if not, is the main pump leak serious, listen carefully at this time, the main pump has a lot of noise, you need to replace the friction or the main pump replacement.

Finally, it should be noted that each time before disassembling the hydraulic components for maintenance, you must shut down and manipulate the manual valve to eliminate residual pressure, to prevent high pressure oil wounding.
