working principle:

When some water is used after the valve is imported, the water passes through the valve core and causes pressure loss. The pressure loss is determined by the size of the valve opening, and the opening size of the valve core is determined by the spring force, so it is controlled by adjusting the top spring of the inlet pressure reducing valve. The spool is open to control the pressure loss to obtain the desired valve pressure.

When no water is used after the pressure relief valve is imported, the pressure increases behind the valve. At this time, the pressure before the valve plus the pressure before the valve presses the valve core upwards (the pressure reducing valve is in a normally open state). At this time, the front valve fluid and the back valve fluid are completely separated. At this time, the outlet pressure of the pressure reducing valve is greater than the set value, but due to the inertia, the upward moving diaphragm will not stop at once and will continue to move upwards. At one point, the valve chamber at the outlet becomes larger, the volume becomes larger, and the pressure of the internal liquid drops until it is exactly equal to the set pressure value at the outlet of the pressure reducing valve.
