(A) before Valley Copper Mine in Jiangsu Province Ningwu old male railway station (i.e. Town Board) 8.5 km southeast.
The mine began construction and construction in 1969 and was completed and put into operation in November 1971. The design scale is 300 tons/day (currently around 240 tons/day).
The mine is developed for the Pingyi inclined shaft, and the mining method is the slip mining method. Ore beneficiation plant to increase from 50 tons inclined ore bin.
The water was taken from the Yangtze River to the Guli Reservoir with a three-stage pumping station, and the Guli Reservoir, 2.5 km from the ore dressing plant, was set up to a high-level pool of 150 m3 in the concentrator.
The power supply was taken from a 35 kV line at a plant in the South. A 320 kVA transformer is installed in the substation of the ore dressing plant. The mine security power source was taken from Jishan Iron Mine.
(two) process
1. Raw ore properties The ore-series hydrothermal fissures are filled with vein-shaped small copper-rich deposits. The ore has primary or mixed ore. The main metal ore minerals are chalcopyrite, with minor chalcocite, malachite. The gangue minerals are quartz , calcite , chlorite, and epidote.
The ore structure is dominated by star-point and fine veins, followed by fine veins and massive. The crystal size of chalcopyrite is 0.065~3.12 mm. The ore content generally has a small amount of mud, but the mud content in the local section of the individual stope is as high as about 10%. The ore has a true specific gravity of 2.92 and a hardness of f=8.
2. Process Flow Broken: Now the two-stage open-mining process, the ore size is 350~0 mm, the final product size is 40~0 mm, and the total crushing ratio is 8.75. The original design uses a bucket elevator to form a more flexible crushing process that can open the road or close the road. After several years of production practice, the bucket hoist enhances the broken product, the equipment wears fast, the maintenance workload is large, and the use is inconvenient. The height of the bucket elevator has been reduced by about half at the site, so that it cannot form a closed circuit.
Grinding: a section of grinding, the ore size is 40~0 mm, the grinding fineness is -200 mesh, 52%, and the classifier overflow concentration is 30%. The original design adopts Ф2100×2200 ball mill , and the actual installation of Ф2700×2100 ball mill on site. Because the capacity of the equipment exceeds 300 tons/day, and the mining field is insufficient, the ball mill operation rate is as low as 40%.
Flotation: A rough selection, a sweep, and a selection of copper concentrates. The flotation column is selected for coarse and sweeping, and the flotation machine is selected. The flotation column adopts water and gas aerator. According to the scene, its use time can reach 3~4 months, and the effect is good. It is suitable for use in high alkalinity (PH=12) pulp. The process flow is shown in the figure below.

Dehydration: It uses two stages of concentration and filtration, and the concentrate water is about 10%.
