Bosch Rexroth DSE winch control valve group with special control valve

The winch is widely used in the marine and offshore industries, and plays a huge role in various different working conditions such as anchoring and subsea installation. For winches, safe operation is essential. For example, if the hydraulic oil supply is suddenly interrupted while the brake is not operating, the weight on the hook may fall due to loss of control, posing a hazard. In order to ensure the safety of the winch under extreme conditions, special valves installed in the control valve group can react to the pressure drop in time, and the hydraulic oil is retained in the hydraulic motor housing to prevent it from flowing back to the fuel tank. At this time, even if the motor rotation is slowed down, the provision of traction force is not affected by cavitation. In addition, the user can select multiple or single-piece brakes according to the structure and size of the reaming drum; and the built-in pressure reducing valve of the valve block can realize the automatic release of the brake.

It is reported that the DSE series winch control valve group can be directly mounted on the motor without the need of hard pipe and hose connection. This design not only helps manufacturers save costs, simplifies installation, but also avoids leaks in hoses, tubes and pipe joints.

This series of control valve units has a flow rate of 60 to 1000 liters per minute and a maximum pressure of 280 bar, which is mainly suitable for large winches. It is worth mentioning that due to the modular design, the user can select the automatic centering, two-speed operation and mooring function modules according to different needs, and easily combine them with the main control valve group.
