INTRODUCTION:

WORKING PRINCIPLE:
Adding raw material from feeding hopper and fixing the granulating knives. The material goes into the sieve room and touches screen mesh of high rotating speed. The fixed granulating knives crush larger particles by centrifugal force. The whole progress is finished when the required material put out.

With the design of easy installation and maintenance, the granulator is constructed with quality stainless steel to meet GMP standard. The driving mechanism is totally enclosed in the machine body and its lubrication system improves the lifetime of the mechanical components. We usually use wooden case for package.(Size: L*W*H).
Wooden case can be fumigated as customer's requirement.
If the container is compact,we will use PE film to protect it.

High Efficiency Three Dimensional Movement Mixer
The mixer machine widely used to mix all kinds of powder, such as spices, flour, granules, grains and so on. The mixing speed can be adjust according to customers' request.The mixing time can be seted. This machine can mix material evenly. There is no segregation or accumulation.The material can be SS304 or SS316L.When the Three Dimensional Movement Blender works, the mixer is provided with three-dimensional movement, and carries out revolution and rotation.
