In 1993, Quanchai introduced the first lost foam cast iron cylinder head production line in China. After many years of continuous technology accumulation, absorption, and re-innovation, it has matured and mastered the lost-mold cylinder head cast iron technology. In the course of continuous practice, Quanchai trained a group of experienced lost foam casting technology and management team, and independently developed the core equipment of the lost foam white area, effectively improving the quality of mold making and production efficiency.

A series of advanced diesel manufacturing processes and equipment such as flexible processing, horizontal static pressure modeling, on-line quality inspection, and intelligent robots have been introduced one after another, which has effectively improved the consistency of product manufacturing and improved the product manufacturing capabilities.
It is understood that Quanchai Power Investment Co., Ltd. plans to invest 448 million yuan, and it will successively build four lost foam production lines to form a production capacity of 35,000 tons of high-quality engine cylinder heads and other castings.
