Volvo Group said that the acquisition of more than 22 million shares at a price of 5.88 euros from the hands of the SAME Demotz-Fahr Group in Germany has increased the shares of Deutz Corp. held by the Volvo Group from 6.7% to 25%. The Volvo Group will become the largest shareholder of DEUTZ after approval of the relevant agencies.

Before the Volvo Group announced the acquisition of Deutz, it was rumored that the Weichai Group had to base on Europe, including Deutz.
